    ZJ vacuum oiler is mainly used to inject insulating oil into oil filled transformer and current transformer, and can also be used for oil filling operation such as 110-550kv transformer, conduit and on load switch.

    The biggest feature of the machine: firstly, the upper part of the metal expander above the transformer is pumped to high vacuum with a vacuum pump, and then the insulating oil can be automatically injected through the lower part of the oil pipe or injected to the normal oil level required by the equipment through the oil pump. Its advantages are that the residual gas in the oil filled equipment, especially the gas between the coils, is first pumped out, and the equipment is refuelled. The oil replenishment is convenient, safe, and the oil quality is not polluted. It can ensure the original insulation performance of the equipment. It is a popular tool for the majority of power test and maintenance departments.

Structure characteristic

    A new type of oil-gas separator and oil injection adapter are adopted in the device, which makes it possible to vacuum oil the equipment smoothly, and solves the problem of difficult oil injection of the old device. The lift of the oil pump is 30 m and the flow rate is 5-20 lmin, The device is designed with an oil tank, which is equipped with a gas drying respirator, which can ensure that the water content of breakdown voltage will not exceed the standard in a long period of time, which can meet the requirements of mutual inductance maintenance. When the equipment is pumped to high vacuum, the oil in the oil tank can be automatically injected into the equipment to be pumped, or from the bypass pipe to the pumped equipment, so as to achieve the function of replenishing oil. At the same time, the oil pump is equipped with a safety valve, and the oil will return automatically when the pressure exceeds a certain value, so as to avoid damaging the equipment.
