In the absence of automatic dosing system, manual filling is generally adopted, which leads to the inaccuracy control of liquid dosage and the waste of labor. The theoretical and practical results show that there is an optimal amount of liquid medicine, and the best treatment effect can not be achieved when the dosage is lower or higher than the optimal value. The control of the optimal dosage of liquid medicine is not only the key to ensure the water treatment and product quality, but also greatly save the amount of liquid medicine used, so as to ensure the quality and reduce the cost of treatment. Therefore, at present, most of the systems that need to be put into operation in the production process are configured with automatic dosing.
